Join Rachel Fisher for a mindfulness workshop to help navigate the challenging times we are currently living in. Learn to focus on your breathing through a guided body-scan meditation, learn practical tools for focusing attention while working from home, and we will add in some themes of slavery and freedom to explore mindfulness through the lens of Passover.
Rachel is currently studying at Columbia University's Spirituality Mind Body Institute (SMBI), masters degree program and is a member of The Grad Network community.
