Babka Baking with Breads Bakery

Sign-up for the Babka Baking workshop with Breads Bakery. Learn to make the "Best of NY chocolate babka,” according to New York Magazine.

Space is limited to 12 people.

As the culinary spinoff of Ritual Lab Workshops, Food Lab examines Jewish tradition, values, and culture through cooking demonstrations and workshops. During each Food Lab workshop, students will learn about Jewish traditions, cook together, and meet new people in The Grad Network.

This workshop will take place 3 p.m., Sunday Feb. 5 at Breads Bakery’s Union Square Location. Breads Bakery team will lead the workshop, and each participant will leave with their own chocolate babka!

Note: The recipe uses flour, eggs, and nuts. Breads Bakery is not a Kosher kitchen. The next Food Lab experience will be fully Kosher.

Cost should not be a barrier to participation. If you would like to attend and are unable to pay the registration fee, please email Melissa, Director of The Grad Network.
